Matt O’Hara, Owner / General Contractor
As a licensed, bonded, insured and EPA Certified contractor, Matt has cultivated his expertise from his 25+ years experience in contracting, sales, and management in the construction industry, over half of that based in the Charleston market. Among his notable business accomplishments, one of Solid’s recent projects received the prestigious Carolopolis Award.
What you’ll love most about Matt is his candid, forthright - no BS - approach to your project. You’ll know exactly what to expect, which is not always easy to come by in this industry, but this is the heart of our business: no surprises. Matt serves his community as a member of the Charleston Livability Review Board. He is a proud Ohio State Buckeye graduate and lives in Downtown Charleston.
Tim Jordan, Site Manager + Director of All Things Meticulous
Tim has just as much experience in the field as he does overseeing the craftsmanship. From Canada to Hawaii to Charleston, he honed his comprehensive skills in everything from structural engineering to finishings such as beautifully laid tile work. Tim is naturally calm amidst the many moving parts on any given job site and has a remarkable eye for attention to detail. He has many years of construction management under his toolbelt. And his weight belt? Don’t get us started on how much he can bench press. When you meet with Tim, undoubtedly you’ll be met with a dedicated, thorough, and insightful liaison you can count on. Tim and his wife, Brittany, took a chance by uprooting a few years ago to come to this area. They often enjoy taking their two children - daugther and son - on road trips to camp and explore the great outdoors
